Leasing Attorney
Leasing Attorney The ideal candidate will bring two (2) to five (5) years of experience. This role will work with a diverse portfolio of properties, including local and national retailers, restaurants, mixed-use office buildings, medical facilities, and industrial parks. The candidate will draft, review, and negotiate lease agreements, amendments, and related documents and provide legal advice and counsel to clients on leasing transactions, including issues related to landlord-tenant law, lease interpretation, and compliance.
