Have you been unable to locate the Will of a loved one you believe was created but can’t find a record of?
The Manatee County Bar Association offers a WILL Search service to assist in these situations.
A $40 processing fee applies to each WILL Search request.

Your inquiry will be shared with our member attorneys via e-blast and newsletter. While we cannot guarantee success, this process occasionally helps identify the attorney who prepared the Will or someone familiar with the client’s estate planning.

Instructions for Submitting a WILL Search Request
To request a WILL Search, please provide the following information:

  1. Full Name of the Deceased (or Testator):
  2. Date of Birth (and Date of Death, if applicable):
  3. Last Known Address of the Deceased (or Testator):
  4. Approximate Timeframe Will May Have Been Created:
  5. Last Known City or Law Firm Possibly Involved:
  6. Your Name and Relationship to the Individual:
  7. Your Contact Information (phone and email):
