Storm Update: We are watching the weather.
We are closely monitoring Hurricane Milton and have been in constant communication with our county emergency management offices. The storm is expected to make landfall along the gulf coast. All three counties in the circuit are in the probable path of the storm, but where the storm will land within the cone of uncertainty remains unknown at this time.

We are preparing as though we will remain in the storm’s path. For the safety of the public and employees all court locations in DeSoto, Manatee and Sarasota counties will be closed October 8-11.
