GENERAL COUNSEL The General Counsel is a member of the CFSC leadership team, responsible for providing legal guidance and opinions to leadership and staff on a variety of Foundation issues, including planning and implementing operational policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with local, state and federal laws/regulations.
